There is a certain pride and accomplishment that comes in doing what I do. When I get to a piano, I am able to bring a breath of life into an instrument. A piano that may not have been used in decades or even a century.
Turning an un-tuned, unplayable piece of furniture into a beautiful music box of limitless possibility brings a smile to my face.I know I've done well by it's owner. I know that the instrument will be appreciated for what it is meant to be. Furthermore, I know that with regular maintenance, the piano will be enjoyed for a lifetime.
Working with the pianist and hearing their concerns is very important to me. I communicate with them on the needs of the instrument. I make time to recognize problems and work efficiently to diagnose any issues. Player satisfaction is my ultimate goal with every piano that I work on.

He is a graduate of the North Bennett Street School of Craftsmanship with a degree in Advanced Piano Technology. He is an avid member of the Piano Technicians Guild and has earned the title of Registered Piano Technician.
